New Reflexions are a child care organisation providing care, education, and therapy services to young people who have experienced trauma in their lives resulting in emotional and behavioural difficulties. New Reflexions Children’s Residential Service offers both short & long-term, therapeutic placements for young people who require additional support.

Residential Support Worker

 

We are currently looking to recruit Residential Care Workers to join our expanding workforce in Shropshire and Staffordshire, following the opening of our new homes.

 

Up to £28,940 per annum, with no qualification or previous experience required. This will increase upon completion of QCF Level 3 qualification.

Full time positions will be operate a rolling 2 on 3 off rota and sleep ins are required

Part time roles will be considered.

 

Senior Residential Care Worker

 

Up to £31,108 depending on experience and Qualifications

Full time positions will be operate a rolling 2 on 3 off rota

Part time roles will be considered. Sleep ins and on call duties will be required

We are keen to support experienced and Qualified Senior care workers. If you have the passion to support our young people to learn and grow and are ready to support colleagues within your team we want to hear from you.

Due to the location of our homes, it is desirable to hold a full manual driving licence and have access to transport. Relevant level 3 Diploma is required for this role.

 

 

Requirements for all positions

 

  • Full UK manual driving Licence;
  • Access to your own transport;
  • Passionate about helping children;
  • Able to complete sleep-in duties;
  • The post holder has the responsibility to adhere to our Safeguarding and Child Protection Procedure.

 

As this post is a regulated activity and/or on a regulated site the successful candidate will be subject to an enhanced DBS, PVG check, and our safer recruitment process. This post is exempt from the provisions of section 4(2) of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions Order 1975).
